Wine has always fascinated me. I traveled to distant wine regions, worked in boutique wine shops, and attended every wine seminar and tasting I could. When I decided to pursue a career in the wine industry, I relocated from my hometown of Madison, WI to Paso Robles, CA, a beautiful small town with a booming wine community. 

By working in a winery tasting room I accumulated a wealth of information and the desire grew. This passion for knowledge and curiosity about wine motivated me to obtain dual certifications; one as a Wine Specialist through the Society of Wine Educators and another as a Level II Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. 

Having industry experience and reputable certifications, I spearheaded the wine education program at a local winery to share my passion with anyone hoping to expand their appreciation of wine. 

Creating Niche Wine Tours allows me to further share my enthusiasm with those who seek a fun, tailored, private Paso Robles wine tour.
